C 0   11-Aug-19 0 0.5   FOE OpenCV dependency Attend dependency on OpenCV (remove dependency on panorama for stitching?)
C 0   11-Aug-19 0 0.5   FOE Mosaicing / Stitching
Panorama Stitching operation works only 2 images at a time. One may still join as many images as desired, but it will have to be done in pairs. For instance, if 3 images have to be stitched; you will have to make first 2, and then to the result add the 3rd. Although this works, but it is not a desirable situation. Note however that this is not a bug but a limitation of panorama itself. See summary section Adrian Rosebrock’s (creator of python’s panorama code) article:
https://www.pyimagesearch.com/2016/01/11/opencv-panorama-stitching/

Ideally, we want to select all files at once and “solve” the whole mosaic in one go.

F 0   11-Aug-19 100 0.3   FOE Scan navigation panel Add a scan navigation panel to the GUI
B 2   11-Aug-19 20 0.3   FOE Navigation panel thumbnails Although loading of scans is correct but rendering of the thumbnails is not.
D 1   11-Aug-19 0 0.4   FOE Data Model Update documentation in Eclipse for architecture (following the separation of foundational classes).
C 5   11-Aug-19 70 0.3   FOE Resize perfilometer Perfilometer axis should resize with main scan axis
C 3   11-Aug-19 0 0.4   FOE Manual Segmentation Improving manual edition of segmentation borders.
C 3   11-Aug-19 30 0.4   FOE Manual Segmentation Incorporation of suboperation of merge ROIs. These are not aplicable to COI.
C 3   11-Aug-19 0 0.4   FOE Manual Segmentation Incorporation of suboperation of shift ROIs. These are not aplicable to COI.
C 4   11-Aug-19 0 0.3   FOE GUI Assign arbitrary colors to tissue layers.
F 3   11-Aug-19 5 0.4   FOE Serialization Serialization of the data model. See either JSON or pickle ( https://docs.python.org/3.4/library/pickle.html )
C 2   11-Aug-19 0 0.4   FOE Mosaicing / Stitching Allow selection of scan for stitching. Currently stitching is made against default selected scan.
C 3   11-Aug-19 0 0.4   FOE Data Model Provide a combined class OCTsegmentedScan that manages the raw scan and their segmentation TOGETHER seamlessly.
